The product 37681-ND is a black conductive cushion grade foam designed for the protection of static-sensitive devices and assemblies. It features a thickness of 1/4 inch and dimensions of 37 x 57 inches. The foam is made from conductive crosslink polyethylene, with a volume resistivity of less than 5 x 10E3 ohms, ensuring effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It is non-sloughing, non-contaminating, and corrosion-resistant, which means it will not affect solderability or introduce contaminants to sensitive components. The foam has a density of 2.8 lb/ft and is suitable for use in clean room environments. It can also be thermoformed into simple shapes for customized applications. The recommended operating temperature range is from -95¬8F to +150¬8F.
