Desco's Statfree¬Æ Cushion Grade Static Dissipative Foam, part number 12667-ND, is designed for ESD control in sensitive environments. This closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene foam features a density of 1.9 lb/ft¬= and provides permanent ESD protective properties that do not degrade over time. The foam is non-abrasive and will not flake or contaminate products, making it suitable for direct contact with sensitive items. It electrically couples to a grounded ESD worksurface without the need for a separate ground cord. The surface resistance ranges from 1 x 10^5 to less than 1 x 10^9 ohms, meeting the requirements of ANSI/ESD S541. The foam operates effectively within a temperature range of -95¬8F to +200¬8F and has a tear strength of 14 lbf/in and tensile strength of 44 psi. This product is compliant with RoHS 3, REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations.
