The 2" x 3" Statshield® Transparent Metal-In Standard ESD Shielding Bags (part number 52Y8361) are designed for the protection of sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). These bags feature a low charging static dissipative proprietary outer polyester layer and an aluminum shielding layer, ensuring effective ESD protection. The bags have a thickness of 3.0 mil (0.07 mm) and are equipped with a clear zipper for resealability. The bags meet the requirements of ANSI/ESD S541 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 for ESD protective packaging, making them suitable for transporting sensitive products outside of an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). They are recyclable and packaged in quantities of 100 per oversized shielding bag.
