Deca's ES-series cement screw feeders stand for; maximum efficiency, a wide range of standard units, high output rates absolute reliability under most different conditions. Seven standard tube diameters (114, 139, 168, 219, 273 and 323mm) offering a capacity range from 8 ton/hr to 120 ton/hr. Exact and constant outputscan only be achieved if effective fluidisation is installed inside the silo. Each ES-screw feeder is equipped with helicoid screw flighting, After the flighting are welded on their center tubes the screws are thoroughly balanced. The design of the end bearings and splinded shafts are the result of many years of experience and are an important element of our highly developed technology. For ES-screw conveyors a wide range of gear reduction units are available to be mounted as direct drives. Screws have been developed for specific purposes. The milling screw conveyor for example has synthetic bearings, intermediate bearings that do not require greasing, stood off end bearings with stuffing boxes; whereas the cement screw conveyor is more robust and has bearings integral with the end plates.
