Foldable Stainless Steel Bail – The plug token's stainless steel bail is used to lock the token in place. The bail also folds flat, allowing for a flush mount.
Corrosion-resistant Contacts – Conductive elastomer contacts on the periphery of the plug token resist corrosion to ensure reliable operation in the harshest environments.
The KSD series is a portable “plug”-style memory token with a 1Kb or 4Kb non-volatile serial Microwire EEPROM memory that is sealed against moisture and other corrosive elements. Designed to perform in harsh environments, the KSD token provides corrosion-resistant contacts and is resistant to static, dirt, moisture, chemicals, extreme temperatures, vibration, drop shock and more.
