The P2220 is a new Voltage Probe from Tektronix. Use an electrical probe to test equipment and measure currents and voltages. Probes are an integral part of any electrical power testing toolbox to ensure accurate measurements, reliability, and safety. Use a high-voltage probe meter for voltages of 0 to 40,000 direct current (VDC).

The Tektronix P2220, 200 MHz passive voltage probe permits selection of 1x or 10x attenuation, using a switch located on the probe head.

The P2220 probe is compatible with TDS200, TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, TDS2000B, and TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes. The P2220 probe also provides floating measurement capability up to 30 VRMS with TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes only. (Note: Do not float with TDS2000, TDS2000B, TDS1000, TDS1000B, or TDS200 Series oscilloscopes.)
