The Test Lead, Crocodile Clip to Crocodile Clip, Red, is designed for temporary jumper wire applications. It features alligator jaws that open to 0.30 inches and is constructed with 18 AWG wire, which is PVC insulated with an outer diameter of 0.144 inches. The alligator clips are made of nickel-plated steel and are insulated with vinyl that matches the wire color. This product is rated for a maximum operating temperature of +50¬8C (+122¬8F) and can handle up to 30VAC/60VDC for hand-held testing, with a maximum of 150 WVDC for hands-free testing in controlled environments. The current rating is 5 Amperes. The standard length of this test lead is 304.8 mm (approximately 12 inches), and it is RoHS compliant. Additional lengths and colors are available upon request.
