Ultrabake™ Tubing -
Purpose To cover plain and threaded studs or shafts; it will mask off the studs and can be used to mask off areas of shafts.
How the product is used The tubing is applied by being pushed over the stud or shaft. It can be used as a plug by being inserted into threaded or plain holes. However, on holes we would recommend the UP or SPP series of plugs. Tubing is provided in coils on a drum.
Recommended for Powder coating, E-coating, Plating, Anodizing, Spray painting
Temperature Range Maximum temperature 600 ºF (315 ºC) Design Features
Flexible - The tubing is flexible so it can fit a range of different diameters
Reusable - The tubing is reusable depending on the application
Sizes - The tubing can be cut to length
Storage conditions Items should be stored in dry conditions at an ambient temperature of between 55 ºF (13 ºC) and 85 ºF (30 ºC). It is important to rotate stock and use the product in the order that it is received.
