Powder Peel Red Discs -

Description
PR Red Discs are manufactured from PC11 a high temperature film tape used to mask off areas that do not require coating. PR Red Discs have a silicone adhesive with excellent release properties that will not leave an adhesive residue. Discs are provided on a liner, which is wound on a core.

Powder coating, E-coating, Anodizing

Temperature Range
Maximum temperature 425 ºF (220 ºC)

Availability
In addition to these discs, PC11 is available in roll form in a range of imperial and metric widths. It is also available pre-cut as:

• Rectangles
• Squares
• Donuts
• Custom Die Cut Shapes

Storage conditions
Items should be stored in dry conditions at an ambient temperature of between 55 ºF (13 ºC) and 85 ºF (30 ºC). It is important to rotate stock and use the product in the order that it is received. Rolls of discs or die cuts should be stored on end.

Teflon Discs -

Description
This tape is electrically conductive, Acid resistant, Malleable, has a high density and has X-ray opacity. Discs or die cuts will appear as dark areas on X-ray film, providing a marker to help locate defects. It is recommended that a burnishing tool be used when positioning the disc, to ensure good contact between the tape and the surface.

Recommended for

Chrome, Cadmium, and Nickel Plating industries

Maximum temperature 400ºF (204ºC)
