The 2018 Québec Construction Code, Chapter V — Electricity is comprised of the 2015 Canadian Electrical Code, Part I (twenty-third edition) as adopted in the province of Québec and contains specific provincial amendments. Now in its 23rd edition, the Code has been significantly updated, incorporating all of the critical revisions and updates from the previous two editions of the Code (published in 2012 and 2015).
