ContiTech develops and supplies shock-absorber components that protect and mask damper systems. Shock-absorber boots made of thermoplastic elastomers protect the shock-absorber system from external influences and damage.
The material is selected and developed with a view to guaranteeing extended service life under the most demanding conditions of use. In collaboration with the customer, the optimum geometries and materials are selected for the respective types and sizes.

ContiTech axle boots made of thermoplastic elastomers protect for drive shaft’s joints. Axle boots can also be supplied as a premounted system with clips for both the wheel side as well as the engine side.
