The CPDV5V0-HF is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for circuit protection applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a breakdown voltage of a minimum of 6V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 18A with a power rating of 350W, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components from voltage spikes.
