A welding glove with two layers of cowhide capable of withstanding extreme heat – suitable for tubular wire welding. The facing of aluminum-coated PFR rayon reflects 95% of the thermal radiation. Gloves are padded with COMFOflex®, and sewn with fourfold Kevlar®. The thumb is angled for high comfort. Features Tested against mechanical stress such as abrasion, cut, tear, and puncture. Tested for thermal performance, such as exposure to an open flame, contact heat, convective heat, radiant heat, and small and large splashes of molten metal.
