The ZG3653-AE is a surface mount gate drive transformer with a 1:1 turns ratio, designed for automotive applications requiring reinforced insulation. It features 3500 VDC / 2474 Vrms one-minute isolation between windings, a maximum primary volt-time product of 31.3 V-µsec, and a saturation current of 1.5 A. The part is AEC-Q200 qualified, operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient, and withstands up to +140°C maximum part temperature. It has a ferrite core, RoHS-compliant tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations, and a weight of 0.40-0.60 g.
