The ZG3652-AE is a surface mount gate drive transformer with a 1:0.67 turns ratio, designed for automotive applications. It features 2800 VDC / 1979 Vrms one-minute isolation between windings, a primary volt-time rating of 48.6 V-µs, and a maximum DCR of 0.875 Ω on the primary and 0.500 Ω on the secondary. The part is AEC-Q200 qualified, operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature, and supports up to +140°C maximum part temperature. It uses a ferrite core, has RoHS-compliant tin-silver over tin over nickel over phosphor bronze terminations, and is packaged in EIA-481 embossed plastic tape on 7" or 13" reels. Dimensions are 7.30 mm length × 6.30 mm width × 5.30 mm height. Interwinding capacitance is 18.4 pF, and self-resonant frequency is 2.9 MHz. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL 1. The part is not suitable for medical or high-risk applications without prior approval.
