With 3500 VDC isolation voltage, 4.9 mm / 5.9 mm creepage and clearance, Material Group I (CTI > 600) compliance, and AEC qualification, the ZG365x provides reinforced insulation ideal for automotive gate drive applications. Designed for lower DCR and higher volt-time capability compared to the original gate drive transformer DA23xx Up to 3500 VDC / 2474 Vrms, one minute isolation (hipot) between primary and secondary windings AEC-Q200 qualified COTS Plus tin-lead terminations available
