Flyback transformers for Texas Instruments LM25184 flyback converters, designed for operation up to 300 kHz with a 4 to 42 V input range. The part provides a 48 V, 0.25 A output with a 1:3 turns ratio, 0.15 µH primary inductance at 300 kHz and 0 A DC, and 1.1060 µH leakage inductance. It features 1500 Vrms one-minute isolation between primary and secondary, operates at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and meets AEC-Q200 Grade 3 standards. The transformer is housed in a surface-mount package with tape-and-reel packaging (350 parts per 13" reel), weighs 2.73 to 2.80 g, and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Soldering supports up to three reflows at 260°C.
