The YA9165-BED variant provides 5 V output at 2.40 A with a primary inductance of 4.0 µH ±10% at 150 kHz and 0 A DC, a DC resistance of 0.0156 Ω max on the primary, and a turns ratio of 1:0.70. It features 1500 Vrms one-minute isolation between windings, a maximum part temperature of +125°C, and operates from -40°C to +85°C ambient. The component is packaged in tape and reel, measures 32 mm wide with 24 mm pocket spacing, weighs 4.27-4.60 g, and meets AEC-Q200 at 85°C. Terminations are RoHS tin-silver-copper over tin over nickel over phosphor bronze.
