It measures 10.20 mm × 7.90 mm × 3.43 mm, requiring 70 mm² of board space, and operates with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum part temperature of +125°C. The component is rated for MSL 1 moisture sensitivity and supports three reflow cycles at +260°C. Packaging is available as 250 per 7-inch reel or 1000 per 13-inch reel in EIA-481 embossed plastic tape.
