The MSD7342-154 is a shielded coupled inductor in the MSD7342 series, designed for flyback, SEPIC, and multi-output buck converter applications. It features a coupling coefficient of 0.99, a winding inductance of 150 µH ±20%, a DC resistance of 1.35 Ω max per winding, and a self-resonant frequency of 4.0 MHz. It supports a saturation current of 0.65 A at 30% inductance drop and an RMS current rating of 0.34 A per winding, with 200 Vrms winding-to-winding isolation. The part is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C ambient, with a maximum part temperature of +125°C. It uses ferrite core material, has a moisture sensitivity level of 1, and meets AEC-Q200 Grade 3 qualifications. The package size is 7.5 mm × 4.6 mm, with an industry-standard footprint. Termination is RoHS-compliant matte tin over nickel over phosphor bronze, and it is supplied on 7" or 13" reels.
