The LPD4012 series comprises shielded, surface-mount coupled inductors for flyback, SEPIC, and buck applications, with a 4 mm × 4 mm footprint and 1.1 mm height. Each part has two matched windings, a coupling coefficient of 0.99, and 100 Vrms winding-to-winding isolation. The LPD4012-103 variant has a rated inductance of 10 µH ±20% per winding, a maximum DCR of 0.750 Ω, a saturation current of 0.98 A at 30% inductance drop, and an Irms current of 0.50 A for a 40°C temperature rise with both windings. It is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C ambient, with a maximum part temperature of +165°C. RoHS-compliant matte tin over nickel over silver terminations are standard. Packaging is available on 1000-part 7" reels or 3500-part 13" reels. Moisture sensitivity level is 1.
