The CMH3921-10534 is a high-current common mode choke designed to suppress high-frequency common mode noise up to 30 MHz in power line circuits for consumer and industrial applications. It features a nanocrystalline core, 1000 µH minimum inductance per winding, a DC resistance of 1.5 mΩ per winding, and a rated current of 34 A causing a 40°C temperature rise. The component offers 2500 Vrms isolation, measures 39 mm in length, 38 mm in width, and 21 mm in height, and is packaged in trays of 36 units. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a maximum part temperature of +125°C. The termination is RoHS compliant tin-silver-copper over copper, and it meets MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level with unlimited floor life at <30°C / 85% RH.
Our CMH/CMV Series of common mode chokes enhance power system performance with high-current capability. Designed to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and optimize power transmission efficiency, these robust components are ideal for consumer electronics and demanding industrial applications such as telecom amplifier, base station, motor drives, inverters and converters, etc.
