The 0402DF-151XJRW is a 0402-size (1.00 mm × 0.50 mm) wirewound ferrite bead designed for high-frequency noise suppression in power supplies and RF signal isolation. It has an inductance of 150 nH ±5%, a typical impedance of 86.29 Ω at 100 MHz and 748.0 Ω at 900 MHz, a self-resonant frequency of 1800 MHz, a maximum DC resistance of 0.130 Ω, and a rated current of 830 mA. The part is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified for operation from -40°C to +125°C, with RoHS-compliant matte tin terminations over nickel over silver-platinum-glas
