Our 55 gallon is designed, manufactured and certified to meet UN requirements under DOT 49 DFR. These are constructed of first-quality cold-rolled steel. Our 55 gallon Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums come both unlined with a rust-inhibitor and also with chemical-resistant epoxyphenolic lining. Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums feature sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling and covers with 2 in. buttress and 3/4 in. NPS plug (Various other bung configuration options are available.)
