The DGD09 DC Direct Drive Pump/Motor Unit is designed for handling clean water and relatively viscous fluids at low pressure. It features a maximum flow rate of 160 liters per hour (42.3 gallons per hour) and can operate at fluid temperatures up to 70¬8C (158¬8F). The pump is constructed with a Vectra housing and gears, ensuring durability and reliability. It has low pulsation characteristics, making it suitable for applications requiring smooth fluid delivery. The compact design allows for installation in tight spaces, and it includes 8 mm barbed suction and discharge ports. Seals are available in NBR or VITON, providing options for different fluid compatibility needs.
The DGD09 Series direct drive gear pumps derive from the well-established mag drive MG200 Series. Built to handle clean water and relatively viscous fluids at low pressure, the DGD09 Series pump-motor unit has low pulsation and is capable of handling fluids at a maximum temperature of 70°C (158°F).
The pump housing and the gears are made of Vectra. Seals are available in NBR or VITON®. The extreme compactness of its design makes it the preferred choice where space is limited. Suction/discharge ports are 8 mm barbed end.
