The J167 series is a general-purpose relay with SPST normally open (1A) or DPST normally open (2A) contact options, designed for switching resistive and inductive loads. It features a 68.5 x 33.5 x 49.0 mm chassis mount form factor with quick connect terminals. For the 6VAC coil variant, the pickup voltage is 4.2VAC, release voltage is 0.6VAC, coil power is 2.5VA, and operate and release times are both ≤30ms. Contact ratings include 25A at 30VDC resistive and 30A at 277VAC resistive, with a maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and 30VDC. Contacts are made of AgSnO₂In₂O₃. The relay is UL/CUL and TÜV certified. It operates from -40°C to 85°C and has an insulation resistance of 1000MΩ minimum at 500VDC. A push-to-test button is included. The series meets mechanical and electrical life ratings of 500K and 100K cycles respectively, and is process sealed.
