The A2 series is a family of automotive relays with a SPDT contact arrangement, capable of switching up to 40A at 75VDC, and featuring contact material of AgSnO. It is available with a metal bracket mounting option and offers both PCB pin and quick connect terminations. The relay operates at 48VDC with a coil power rating of 1.9W, has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is sealed. Dimensions are 26.0 x 26.0 x 24.5 mm, with a mass of 31g. The device meets QS-9000 and ISO-9002 manufacturing standards, supports an electrical life of 100,000 cycles, and has an insulation resistance of at least 100MΩ at 500VDC. Dielectric strength is rated at 750Vrms between coil and contact, and 500Vrms between contacts. Shock resistance is 147m/s² for 11ms and vibration resistance is 1.5mm double amplitude from 10 to 40Hz.
