CinchSeal Rotary Shaft Seals USDA Approved Solid Seals

CinchSeal's rotary shaft seals have been designed and manufactured to meet stringent USDA Approved standards we have utilizing acorn nuts to isolate fastening threads during production runs, manufactured 1/8" radii in the 90 degree corners to eliminate bacteria build up, and provided through holes when necessary to allow for cleaning of the threaded holes. This has allowed our industrial seals to pass the USDA certification process. Our shaft sealing solutions, including CinchSeal's 7500 series, are recognized as USDA dairy seals and can also be used in the meat processing industry with no leakage concerns.
