The PN4392 is an N-channel silicon JFET designed for analog switching and chopper applications, packaged in a TO-92 case. It has a maximum gate-drain and gate-source voltage of 40 V, a gate current limit of 50 mA, and a power dissipation of 625 mW. The device operates and can be stored within a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. Its drain-source saturation current (IDSS) ranges from 25 mA to 75 mA at VDS=20 V, and the gate-source cutoff voltage (VGS(OFF)) spans from 2.0 V to 5.0 V.
