The MPSD54 is a PNP Darlington transistor in a TO-92 package, designed for amplification and switching applications. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 25 V, a collector current of 100 mA, and a DC current gain (hFE) of 1,000 minimum at 20 mA collector current. The saturation voltage is 1.0 V at 100 mA collector current. The device features a high current gain, low saturation voltage, and is available in a leaded TO-92 case with a typical power dissipation of 125 mW.
