The MPSA27 is a NPN Darlington transistor in a TO-92 package with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 60 V, collector-base voltage of 60 V, emitter-base voltage of 10 V, and continuous collector current of 100 mA. It has a minimum hFE of 10,000 at VCE = 5 V and IC = 100 mA, and a saturated collector-emitter voltage of 1.50 V at IC = 100 mA. The device has a typical collector-base capacitance of 125 pF and is rated for operation up to 125 °C. It meets RoHS compliance with lead-free plating options available.
