The MPS3393 is a silicon NPN transistor in a TO-92 case for small signal amplification and low power audio applications. It has a collector-base voltage rating of 25 V, collector-emitter voltage of 25 V, emitter-base voltage of 5.0 V, and maximum continuous collector current of 100 mA. Power dissipation is rated at 625 mW with a thermal resistance of 200 °C/W. The operating and storage junction temperature range is -65 to +150 °C. The DC current gain (hFE) at VCE=4.5 V and IC=2.0 mA ranges from 90 to 180, and the small-signal current gain (hfe) at the same conditions and f=1.0 kHz ranges from 90 to 400. Collector-base capacitance is 3.5 pF at VCB=10 V and f=1.0 MHz.
