Central Semiconductor Corp. Bipolar Transistors - BJT MPQ7043

The MPQ7043 is a quad NPN transistor array in a 14-pin DIP package, designed for general-purpose amplifier and switching applications. Each transistor has a collector-base voltage rating of 250 V, collector-emitter voltage of 250 V, and continuous collector current of 500 mA, with a power dissipation limit of 1.25 W per transistor. The package total power dissipation is 3.2 W. Typical current gain (hFE) ranges from 25 to 40 at collector currents of 1.0 mA to 30 mA. Transition frequency is 50 MHz at 10 mA and 20 V. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 0.50 V at 20 mA collector and 2 mA base current. Base-emitter saturation voltage is 0.90 V under the same conditions. Junction temperature ranges from -65°C to +150°C. Package pins are configured for four independent transistors with two no-connection terminals.
