The CDMSJ2207.3-650 is an N-channel super junction MOSFET designed for high-voltage, fast-switching applications such as power factor correction and chargers. It is housed in a TO-220FP package and rated for a drain-source voltage of 650 V, with a continuous drain current of 7.3 A at 25°C and 4.6 A at 100°C. The device has a maximum on-state resistance of 600 mΩ at 10 V gate drive, a low gate charge of 4 nC, and a power dissipation of 32 W. Its operating and storage junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
