BCX23 is a PNP bipolar transistor in a TO-18 case with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 125 V, a collector current of 200 mA, and a power dissipation of 450 mW. It has a current gain (hFE) range of 100 to 40 at a collector current of 200 mA and collector-emitter voltage of 1 V. The saturation voltage is 0.9 V at 200 mA collector current.
