Celduc Relais Solid State Relays SU842070

The SU842070 is a single-phase zero-crossing solid state relay for switching AC loads up to 25 A at 12-275 VAC. It has a 22.5 mm width and 47.6 mm mounting pitch, compatible with standard 'hockey puck' packages, and requires a heatsink. The control input range is 3-32 VDC with input current under 14 mA, featuring built-in overvoltage protection and a yellow LED indicator. Output protection is provided by an integrated varistor. Input-to-output isolation is 4000 V RMS, and off-state leakage is 1 mA. Turn-on and turn-off times are maximum 10 ms. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.7 K/W. Operating temperature ranges from -55 to +100°C. Minimum load current is 5 mA.
