Celduc Relais Solid State Relays SOD849180

The SOD849180 is a single-phase power solid state relay with a 50-265 VAC output rating of 125 A, designed for resistive and motor loads. It features zero-cross switching, a 7-30 VDC input with green LED status indication, and a patented normally closed status output with yellow LED diagnostic visualization, operating without an external power supply. The relay uses back-to-back thyristors with TMS2 technology, has an input-to-output isolation of 4000 Vrms, and is housed in a case with IP20 protection via removable flaps. Input terminals are removable spring connectors in grey (control) and orange (status). It complies with IEC/EN60947-4-3, EN60950/VDE0805, IEC60335-1/VDE0700-1, and UL-cUL standards. The device measures 80 g and operates from -40°C to +100°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 0.25 K/W. Status output can be chained, and maximum cable length for open-load detection is 30 m.
