Celduc Relais Solid State Relays SO942960

The SO942960 is a single-phase zero-cross solid state relay designed for resistive loads (AC-51) with an output rating of 25A RMS at 12-280VAC and a control voltage range of 185-265VAC/DC. It features a green LED for input indication, IP20 protection via removable terminal flaps, and must be mounted on a heatsink. The relay has a thermal resistance of 0.9 K/W, an isolation voltage of 4000 VRMS between input and output, and conforms to EN60947-4-3, UL, and cUL standards. It supports a minimum load current of 5mA, a turn-on time of up to 30ms, and a turn-off time of up to 3ms, with an on-state voltage drop modeled as 0.85 + 0.016×Ie volts.
