Celduc Relais Monitor - Relay Output ESUC0450

The ESUC0450 is a current monitoring module designed for use with celduc solid state relays (SU/SUL). It operates within a current range of 2-40A and requires a supply voltage of 8-30VDC. The module continuously monitors the load current using a current transformer and compares it to a preset value, which can be set by the operator via a "TEACH" push-button or an external logic input. Key features include the ability to detect open mains, open load, partial load breaks, and short-circuited SCRs. The module activates a diagnostic output when a fault is detected, with fault types indicated by a red LED. Additionally, it provides an alarm threshold set at 0.84 times the teach current, allowing for effective monitoring of load conditions. The ESUC0450 is designed for easy assembly onto relays and has an IP20 protection rating. It complies with EN60947-4-3 (IEC947-4-3) standards, ensuring reliability in various applications.
