Carlson Engineering & Manufacturing MiniMod Type 2 Drive Head FXD-147

Description
Streamlined automatic screw assembly made simple. Carlson Engineering automated screw driving machines are designed to work with a screwfeeder or step feeder, and assist in your assembly automation fastening process by advancing the screw or screws to your product, stopping above it, and then advancing the bit driving the screw or screws to torque or depth. Carlson automatic feed screwdriver systems can be fitted with almost any brand of screwdriver on the market today. For Pick & Place Applications As a Type 2 drive head, the MiniMod Type 2 Drive Head excels at pick & place operations in which the vacuum finder tube must pick a non-magnetic screw up from a presenter location and drive it into a part. For Low Payload Robots Designed with smaller applications in mind, the MiniMod Type 2 Drive Head is able to seamlessly integrate into low-payload robotic arm assemblies. Compatibility The MiniMod Type 2 Drive Head is intended for use with an automatic screw presenter and can also be configured to drive bolts, pins, rivets, set-screws, and more.
