The device supports a single-pulse avalanche energy of 51 mJ and meets RoHS requirements. Thermal resistance is 62.5 °C/W junction-to-ambient and 5 °C/W junction-to-case. Operating junction and storage temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
