The ACPM-9040-TR2 is a power amplifier module designed for LTE Band 40 applications. It features a compact 2.0 mm vó 2.5 mm surface mount package with a fully matched 10-pin configuration. The amplifier supports linearity power up to 28.4 dBm and incorporates CoolPAM circuit technology, which allows for two power modes,Äîlow and high,Äîenhancing power added efficiency (PAE) at lower power levels. This technology also contributes to reduced quiescent current, extending battery life in mobile devices. The module includes integrated 50-ohm input and output matching networks, as well as a directional coupler with external coupling and isolation ports for daisy chaining.
