The ACMD-7403 is a miniature duplexer designed for UMTS Band II and PCS handsets, featuring a compact footprint of 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm and a height of 1.2 mm. It utilizes Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) technology, which allows for high-Q filters that are significantly smaller than traditional options. The duplexer provides over 54 dB of attenuation for the transmitted signal at the receiver input and more than 44 dB of rejection of transmit-generated noise in the receive band, enhancing receiver sensitivity and dynamic range. The maximum insertion loss for the transmit channel is 2.7 dB, while the receive channel has a maximum insertion loss of 3.2 dB. It supports a maximum transmit power of 33 dBm and operates effectively across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The device is lead-free and suitable for applications in handsets or data terminals operating within the PCS frequency band.
