NOTICE: Your BBP31 printer must have version 001.010.003 or higher AND firmware 107 or higher in order to use this pre-print pre-cut tag supply. It is easy and fast to download and install the printer firmware upgrade - to do so, go to Customer & Tech Support - click on Firmware Upgrades, select Product "BBP31" and click on "BBP31 Printer Firmware Upgrade" printer firmware. To check the current version and firmware of your printer: turn on printer, press MENU on touchscreen, press INFO on touchscreeen to display current version and firmware.
