Our cardstock lockout tags are a cost-effective option for single use applications. Cardstock tags do not meet OSHA's 50 lb pull test for tagout devices, but can be used in conjunction with locks to enhance visual awareness. The 3/8" diameter brass eyelet accepts most padlock shackles. Tag size is 5 3/4"H x 3"W. Standard package includes 25 tags and attachment strings.
