The Beacon inspects 2-D surfaces (including cylindrical surfaces) for minute defects down to the micron level. The system is available either as an "out-of-the box" or custom configurable solution. A complete system includes optimal lighting, appropriate high resolution camera(s), and optics for your particular application. This system easily integrates with your current robotics, or Boulder Imaging can specify and deliver a complete robotic system to meet your needs.
