NPN/NPN resistor-equipped transistor array with built-in 47 kΩ bias resistors, designed for low-current digital applications such as IC input control and peripheral driving. Packaged in SOT666 surface-mount format with six leads, it supports a collector-emitter voltage of up to 50 V and a continuous collector current of 100 mA per transistor. Total power dissipation is rated at 300 mW per device, with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C. Reflow soldering is the only recommended mounting method.
