The MC33PT2001MAE is a programmable solenoid controller designed for automotive applications, particularly in engine control systems. It features a programmable architecture with four dedicated microprocessor cores optimized for controlling power MOSFETs, allowing for flexibility in design and operation. The device includes five high-side and seven low-side predrivers, supporting PWM frequencies up to 100 kHz and offering four programmable slew rates ranging from 12.5 V/Oºs to 300 V/Oºs. This controller supports boost voltages up to 72 V and incorporates an integrated End-of-Injection (EOI) measurement function.
