The DC6M602X6/1215A135 is a step-down DC-to-DC buck converter from the DC6M60xX6 family, designed for high efficiency in battery-driven applications. It operates at a switching frequency of 6 MHz and can deliver a maximum output current of 650 mA. The device accepts input voltages ranging from 2.3 V to 5.5 V and provides selectable fixed output voltages of 1.2 V or 1.5 V, depending on the mode configuration. This converter features an efficiency of up to 95%, which contributes to extended battery life in portable devices.
