Bio-Rad supplies tubing for use with the BioLogic DuoFlow system and other chromatography systems. Tubing is offered separately and in kits:
Teflon FEP tubing — recommended for pre-pump connections. It can withstand medium pressure and is translucent, semiflexible, chemically inert, and autoclavable
Tefzel or PEEK tubing — recommended for post-pump connections; both withstand high pressure and are chemically inert and autoclavable. Tefzel is translucent and slightly flexible. PEEK is opaque; the color indicates the inside diameter
